It is the first time the award has been presented by the Division and we are honored to receive this inaugural recognition. Presented in Orlando on August 24, 2022 at the Workers’ Compensation Institute Conference, the award recognizes a carrier who received “a perfect score” with no assessed penalties for failing to meet state-mandated performance measures for handling claims.
