The Risk Management Service Team (RMST) program is a unique, personalized interdepartmental approach created by the VP of Underwriting for larger accounts that need a higher level of service. This approach allows for a strong partnership between all parties involved in managing risk and cost containment.
Candidates for this program may have prior or current loss issues, an inherent exposure(s) warranting focus, or may just be a larger, more complex account that is performing well.
The team includes:
- RMST Coordinator

- Senior Field Underwriter
- Loss Control Consultant
Specialty Services Include:
- Relationship development with a designated adjuster and claims supervisor for thorough review of major open and closed claims and trend analysis.
- Personalized cost analysis based on the risk's unique experience trends.
- Assessment of inherent exposures and targeted Loss Control assistance to strengthen safety controls, practices, and procedures.
- Coordination of customized Loss Control safety training, as needed or requested.
- Building a strong rapport with the designated underwriter to ensure a more customized renewal process for agents and policyholders.
- Periodic team reviews and follow-ups throughout the policyholder's lifecycle to monitor progress and maintain success.
