Agencies:

  1. Your agency administrator will manage access and provide approved individuals with the appropriate permissions. Once access has been granted, you will receive an automated welcome email with instructions to create your password, and you will then be able to log in, and access the FCBInow! portal.
  2. Portal Training and Support - If you would like to schedule a training webinar for a comprehensive overview of the portal’s features and functionality, or if you need assistance with login issues or navigating the FCBInow! Portal, please email us at:

Policyholders:

  • NOTE: Your old access credentials no longer work. See below how to set up access or contact us for help.
  • Your primary contact will oversee and grant access for each approved individual within your organization. An email was sent to the contact on record. If that person changed or it was not received, check you junk/spam folder, contact us at the following email [email protected] or call 866-469-3224 Option 1. Also, for help using the portal.

Policyholders

Your designated primary contact will manage access and approve users within your business. Once access is granted, each approved user will receive an automated welcome email with instructions to create a password and complete their account setup. Once setup is complete, users can access the FCBInow! Portal.
