We are pleased to introduce you to the Underwriting Assistants and Administrative Support Team who are committed to your success.
Viodelda Vanterpool (Vio) – Underwriter Assistant Team Leader
Vio began her career with CNA Insurance in 1998, with a focus on the Commercial Insurance sector where she served as a Senior Multi-Line Rater and Policy Service Representative.
She then ventured into personal lines and was on the team at Allstate as a Sales Producer/CSR and Bank of America Insurance Services as a Sales Support Supervisor. She honed her CSR skills at Brightway Insurance and Florida Insurance Specialists before returning to CNA as a Policy Service Representative in the Endorsements Department, working closely with agents and underwriters.
In addition to holding an active 4-40 CSR License, Vio attended Panama Canal College in her native country of Panama and holds a degree in Travel and Tourism from the Travel and Trade Career Institute in Long Beach, CA.
Dildrinell Pratts – Underwriter Assistant
Dildrinell joins FCBI as an Underwriter Assistant with over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. She most recently worked at CNA as an Inland Marine Specialist for renewals where she started in 1999 as a Policy Service Representative. Additionally, she served as National Operations Commercial Rater for 15 years at Insurance Office of America representing over 20 different carriers covering all lines of business.
Dildrinell is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico and holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. She holds a 4-40 CSR license.
Ana Nemore – Underwriter Assistant
Ana joins the FCBI team with a wealth of industry experience as both a Policy Service Representative and Senior Insurance Agent. Prior to joining FCBI, she worked for CNA Insurance along with experience working for an independent Non-Standard Agency.
She holds the following licenses: 2-20 General Lines (Property & Casualty) and a 6-20 Adjuster – All Lines. She attended Cal State University, Northridge and the University of Phoenix, Woodland Hills and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Administration.
Patty Connell – Agency Relations Coordinator
Patty joins FCBI with over 27 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry that include Third Party Administrative Services in the Claims, Corporate Accounting, and Underwriting Departments.
She brings a wealth of experience in Agent Relations and her main focus will be coordinating all efforts and handling the needs of the agencies and agents that FCBI serves.
Patty studied Business Administration while attending Middlesex County College in Edison, New Jersey. She currently holds a 5-20 Independent Adjuster All Lines License and is a Notary Public. In her spare time, Patty enjoys spending time with her family.
Connie Riczu – Payroll Coordinator
Connie has over a decade of administrative professional experience focused on the areas of document management, office management, payroll, accounts payable, human resources and mortgage processing.
Her career spans insurance, accounting practices, health care, property management, banking and lending. Her excellent organizational and communication skills will benefit the agencies and agents that partner with FCBI.
Tammy Sales – Administrative Assistant
Tammy is a seasoned Administrative Assistant with over 20 years experience including scheduling of events, accounts receivable/payable and customer service. In addition to her duties as an Administrative Assistant, Tammy is also active in many organizations in her community. She has been on multiple sports booster boards, organizing fundraisers and event management.
Tammy is currently working on her Office Administration degree at Florida State College.
Mary Catherine Casey – Director of Premium Accounting
Mary-Catherine began her career working at Military Credit Unions. She has over a decade of progressive experience in banking operations. She provided operational guidance for vault utilization, processed wire transfers, reconciled ACH transactions for accounts in the United States and overseas.
She participated in all phases of strategic branch planning and operations, including the responsibility as a liaison between clients, management and the Credit Union League. Mary-Catherine worked at FUBA Workers’ Comp from February 2001 until recently when she joined FCBI in the fall of 2017. Her focus will continue to be on premium accounting; compliance with accounting deadlines, assistance with the annual Fund audit and reconciling of financial reports. Her extensive experience and strong analytical skills will be an asset to the team and clients of FCBI.
