Position Summary
The Processor position will handle processing various critical transactions with having a keen sense of
attention to detail, passion for analyzing information and auditing. The successful candidate will be in
communication with internal staff along with our valued agents. If you are a positive self-starter, enjoy

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and analyze audit documents and policy notes to determine appropriate action
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Enter payroll from auditor’s worksheet or payroll from the latest audit worksheet provided by our
internal audit reviewers and audit analyst
• Report, retrieve, confirm, and update data
• Analyze billing information and determine fee or applicable surcharges associated with the policy
year
• Process audit worksheets and generate invoices
• Determine if prior balance exist or if there is a payment plan on file
• Request audit refunds for policyholders as need
• Communicate with Agents regarding any audit noncompliance
• Revise audit results as needed for audit corrections and audit disputes
• Prepare email and distribute to agent, audit, and policy services for billing
• Communicate with internal staff such as audit reviewers for corrected worksheets or the billing
department for revision to billing screen, payment plans and refund check hold or mailings
• Assist with special projects
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• High School Diploma (required)
• Associate degree (AA/AS) from a college or university (preferred); or equivalent combination of
education and experience
• Workers’ Compensation and/or insurance policy audit experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communications and writing skills
• Detail oriented, a quick learner and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Office 365 with emphasis on the use of Excel.

vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
