What are we looking for?

  • Offer administrative support across the organization
  • Communicate with agents & Policy Services on address changes
  • Make bank and postage runs (must have dependable car)
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail
  • Mail out marketing items to the field underwriters when needed
  • Mail out labor law posters to agent/policyholder when requested
  • Manage the process of setting up payroll companies in Connections
  • Process Audit contact sheets
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory
  • Assist with monthly dividend checks
  • Support Collections
  • Serve as backup to Receptionist

Experience & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Associate degree (AA/AS) from a college or university (preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizations skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Recent experience working in the Insurance industry a plus
